Inspiration has its mystery.
It doesn't warn us, it doesn't ask for permission, and never arrives when we expect it. Sometimes it's born from a small conversation. Sometimes from a challenge that feels too big. Sometimes from a failure that reshapes us. Sometimes from a person who appears at just the right moment.

The truth is that no one creates alone.
Ideas, projects, the paths we walk are marked
by stories and people who once shook our heads—or our souls. Some do it in a big way. Others with a barely noticeable gesture. But all of them leave a spark.
And in those flashes, in those small epiphanies
that change our direction, inspiration lives.
Inspired by encounters, stories and connections.
Over these 20 years, we learned that inspiration
is not an isolated event: it's contagious.
It moves from one person to another,
it travels, it transforms, it creates movement.
When we're inspired, we work differently.
We feel differently.
We see possibilities where before there were only doubts. And when something or someone inspires us, without realizing it, we also inspire others.

This project was born to celebrate that circle.
To honor those who, consciously or not,
lit something in us that helped us move forward. Clients, teams, colleagues, friends, people we admire, people who were there in a key moment, people who said a sentence we never forgot. All of them built, in one way or another, the story of /nk. But even more importantly: they built who we are as people and as professionals.
That's why this project is not a tribute to our 20 years. It's a tribute to the stories that brought us here. Real, human, imperfect stories, full of searching, contradictions, intuition, risk, and gratitude.
We want to turn that journey into a hub of inspiration, open and alive.
A space where anyone can enter and discover stories that connect, move, and awaken curiosity. Stories that speak of "spark moments": that day when someone dared to change, to start a project, to bet on an idea, to quit, to reinvent themselves, to trust, to create.
Stories that show that inspiration can come from anywhere: from a person, a conversation, a trip, a failure, a lesson, a small but unforgettable gesture.

Because inspiring ourselves moves us, and moving transforms us.
This project exists to give form to that
invisible, yet deeply present, legacy.
To gather it, share it, open it,
and make it available to anyone who needs
that spark on their own path.
This is how this living archive is born.
A map of inspiration. A 20-year journey told not by us, but by those who inspired us. A space where stories can keep igniting new stories. A project that celebrates the simplest and deepest human power: inspiring one another.
